<p>La empresa está conformada por capital público en su totalidad, toda vez que sus socios son entidades públicas, así: Departamento de Antioquia, Empresas Públicas de Medellín y los municipios de Apartadó, Chigorodó, Mutatá, Turbo y Carepa. <br />

Al ingresar Empresas Públicas de Medellín como accionista y socio estratégico a la sociedad, se perfila la posibilidad operativa para la empresa con condiciones de eficiencia y efectividad en la prestación del servicio, toda vez que se cuenta con la premisa de escalar ese conocimiento y experticia desde EPM hacia la filial. <br />
